"We have worked tirelessly to develop new manufacturing techniques and new materials,
previously unseen in haute couture."
Daniel Roseberry
We produced silicone yardage for Schiaparelli in several colours, thicknesses and levels of flexibility, used by the ateliers just like standard fabric yardage.
We also created silicone bustiers : moulding the base bust supplied by the house, sculpting a new reference shape, then moulding and casting it in several colours, thicknesses and flexibilities. These bustiers were then embroidered, cut and fitted to be worn as bustiers or built into jackets, with some pieces incorporating lighting added by Schiaparelli.
One of the bustiers was worn by Zendaya at the "The Odyssey" premiere in London.
We also produced prosthetics based on shapes supplied by the house: sculpting, moulding and casting in several skin tones, followed by application and makeup directly on the models on the day of the show.
4 ear shapes and 1 back or stomach shape, fitted on 6 models with 13 people on site.
We carried out the entire project in close collaboration with Schiaparelli and Daniel Roseberry, including presence at fittings and the show itself, with daily follow-up on production progress.
